Our introductory course into range of motion. This is the foundational course that will prepare you for our strength, balance and ongoing courses and programs. It includes flow exercise programs, educational and instructive content curated by our physiotherapists.
Our short rehabilitation program for people suffering from low back pain. Only 10-15 minutes per day for five days.
Our premium strength program follows on from the Range of Motion Program. Here we will add body weight resistance to build strength and resilience while maintaining healthy movement. This program was designed by physiotherapists with a holistic approach to strength.
Short video course on balance. Balance is not only a motor skill it is the motor skill that all other the motor skills are built upon. If you want to find something that will supercharge all of your movement abilities then start with balance.
